Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add the eggs and sugar, then mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in the self-rising flour until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the banana bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Slice and enjoy!
