- Boil water and butter in a saucepan, adding salt and sugar until the butter melts.
- Add flour, stir, and cook until the dough forms a ball.
- Cool slightly, then add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly.
- Pipe dough into 3-4 inch strips in the air fryer.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Cook churros for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Toss churros in cinnamon sugar while warm.
