Ingredients

cup unsalted butter

cup all-purpose flour

tbsp granulated sugar

large eggs

tsp vanilla extract
For the cinnamon sugar:
½
cup granulated sugar
1
tbsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
Boil water and butter in a saucepan, adding salt and sugar until the butter melts.
Add flour, stir, and cook until the dough forms a ball.
Cool slightly, then add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly.
Pipe dough into 3-4 inch strips in the air fryer.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Cook churros for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Toss churros in cinnamon sugar while warm.
