- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 2-3 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk or cream, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheese, chopped vegetables, and cooked protein (if using).
- Lightly grease a heatproof dish or ramekin and pour the egg mixture inside.
- Place the dish in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until the omelette is fully set and slightly golden on top.
- Carefully remove the dish from the air fryer and let the omelette rest for 1-2 minutes before serving.
