Ingredients
  

Omelette Base

  • 2-3 eggs whisked
  • 1 tbsp milk or cream for extra fluffiness
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or preferred type
  • 1/4 cup chopped vegetables such as bell peppers, onions, or spinach
  • 1 tbsp cooked protein optional, such as diced ham or bacon
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 2-3 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk or cream, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Stir in the shredded cheese, chopped vegetables, and cooked protein (if using).
  • Lightly grease a heatproof dish or ramekin and pour the egg mixture inside.
  • Place the dish in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until the omelette is fully set and slightly golden on top.
  • Carefully remove the dish from the air fryer and let the omelette rest for 1-2 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs or extra cheese, then serve warm.

Notes
