Ingredients
  

Omelette Base
  • 2-3 eggs whisked
  • 1 tbsp milk or cream for extra fluffiness
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or preferred type
  • 1/4 cup chopped vegetables such as bell peppers, onions, or spinach
  • 1 tbsp cooked protein optional, such as diced ham or bacon
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 2-3 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk or cream, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheese, chopped vegetables, and cooked protein (if using).
  4. Lightly grease a heatproof dish or ramekin and pour the egg mixture inside.
  5. Place the dish in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until the omelette is fully set and slightly golden on top.
  6. Carefully remove the dish from the air fryer and let the omelette rest for 1-2 minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs or extra cheese, then serve warm.
