Ingredients

For the Smoothie
  • 1.5 cups frozen peach slices
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup milk dairy or non-dairy like almond or oat milk
  • 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup, optional
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract

Equipment

  • Blender

Method

Blend & Serve
  1. Add the frozen peach slices, frozen blueberries, milk, plain Greek yogurt, honey (if using), and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender.
  2. Secure the lid and blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, with no visible fruit chunks remaining. This usually takes about 60-90 seconds.
  3. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more milk (1-2 tablespoons at a time) and blend again until desired consistency is reached. If you prefer it thicker, add 2-3 ice cubes and blend.
  4. Pour the smoothie into two glasses and serve immediately. Enjoy the vibrant flavors!

Notes

For a vegan version, simply swap out the dairy milk and Greek yogurt for your favorite plant-based milk (like almond or oat) and a plain, unsweetened plant-based yogurt.
Boost the nutrition by adding a tablespoon of chia seeds, flax seeds, or a handful of spinach (you won't even taste it!).
If your fruit isn't very sweet, you might want to add an extra teaspoon of honey or maple syrup to taste, or even a small Medjool date.
