Ingredients
  

For the Blondies
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter melted (1 stick or 113g)
  • 1 cup Light Brown Sugar packed (200g)
  • 1 Large Egg room temperature
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Zest from about 1 large lemon
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour spooned and leveled (120g)
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries diced into small pieces (about 150g)
  • 1 tbsp All-Purpose Flour for tossing with strawberries
For the Lemon Glaze
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar sifted (120g)
  • 2-3 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice from the zested lemon

          Notes
