Combine Ingredients
- Add all smoothie ingredients (coconut milk, Greek yogurt, key lime juice, lime zest, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ice cubes) into a high-speed blender.
Blend Until Smooth
- Secure the lid and blend on high until completely smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more coconut milk; if too thin, add a few more ice cubes and blend again.
Serve and Garnish
- Pour the smoothie into two glasses. Garnish with a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs and a dollop of whipped cream or coconut whipped cream, if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Coconut Key Lime Pie Smoothie!
Notes
For an extra boost of nutrition, consider adding a handful of spinach (you won't taste it!) or a scoop of collagen powder. To make it more substantial, add half a frozen banana before blending. For a stronger coconut flavor, you can use frozen coconut chunks instead of some of the ice. This smoothie is best enjoyed fresh.
