- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Press the cookie dough evenly into the prepared pie dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set but slightly soft.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
Notes
For a gooier center, bake for less time. Customize with nuts, caramel, or peanut butter chips!
