Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish or line it with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Press the cookie dough evenly into the prepared pie dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set but slightly soft.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
Notes
For a gooier center, bake for less time. Customize with nuts, caramel, or peanut butter chips!
