Ingredients
  

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese blended until smooth
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1/2 cup sugar or sweetener of choice

Dry Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup flour all-purpose or whole wheat
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Optional Add-ins

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips dark or semi-sweet
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts walnuts or almonds

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8 baking pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, blend cottage cheese, eggs, and sugar until smooth.
  • Stir in cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt until combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if using.
  • Pour batter into prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Let cool before slicing into squares and serving.

Notes

For a lower-sugar version, use a natural sweetener like honey or maple syrup. These brownies taste best when slightly fudgy—avoid overbaking!
