  • 2 frozen chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or cooking spray
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder optional
  • 1/2 tsp paprika optional
  • 1/2 tsp Italian herbs optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 5 minutes.
  • Remove frozen chicken breasts from the freezer and separate them if stuck together.
  • Brush or spray both sides of the chicken breasts with olive oil.
  • Season both sides of the chicken with salt, pepper, and your preferred seasonings.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  • Cook at 380°F (193°C) for 10 minutes, then flip the chicken using tongs.
  • Continue cooking for another 8-12 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Once cooked, remove the chicken and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve with your favorite side dishes, salads, or in sandwiches and wraps.
