  • 2 frozen chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or cooking spray
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder optional
  • 1/2 tsp paprika optional
  • 1/2 tsp Italian herbs optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove frozen chicken breasts from the freezer and separate them if stuck together.
  3. Brush or spray both sides of the chicken breasts with olive oil.
  4. Season both sides of the chicken with salt, pepper, and your preferred seasonings.
  5. Place the chicken breasts in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  6. Cook at 380°F (193°C) for 10 minutes, then flip the chicken using tongs.
  7. Continue cooking for another 8-12 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Once cooked, remove the chicken and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  9. Serve with your favorite side dishes, salads, or in sandwiches and wraps.
