Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 medium Chicken breasts boneless, skinless, cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil for cooking
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 8 oz Pasta (penne or fettuccine) cooked according to package instructions
  • 1 cup Chicken broth for thinning the sauce if needed

Instructions
 

  • Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of garlic powder.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken until golden and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Gradually whisk in the grated parmesan cheese until smooth.
  • Add cooked pasta and chicken back to the skillet. Toss everything together until well coated in the sauce.
  • If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of chicken broth to loosen it.
  • Garnish with extra parmesan and fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
