Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 medium Chicken breasts boneless, skinless, cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil for cooking
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 8 oz Pasta (penne or fettuccine) cooked according to package instructions
  • 1 cup Chicken broth for thinning the sauce if needed

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Pasta Pot
  • Cheese Grater

Method

  1. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of garlic powder.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken until golden and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Gradually whisk in the grated parmesan cheese until smooth.
  5. Add cooked pasta and chicken back to the skillet. Toss everything together until well coated in the sauce.
  6. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of chicken broth to loosen it.
  7. Garnish with extra parmesan and fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
