Instructions
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken until golden and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Pour in the chicken broth to deglaze the pan. Scrape up any browned bits from the bottom.
Add heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes. Stir everything together until it forms a smooth and creamy sauce.
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and let it simmer in the sauce for 5-10 minutes.
Add the cooked pasta and toss everything together until well combined.
Serve warm, garnished with extra Parmesan and fresh basil if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a splash of white wine before simmering the sauce.
