Ingredients
  

  • 1 can crushed pineapple 20 oz, drained, reserve some juice
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix 3.4 oz
  • 1 container whipped topping 8 oz, thawed
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions
 

  • Drain the canned crushed pineapple, reserving some juice.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix with the drained pineapple and reserved juice. Stir well.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  • Stir in the mini marshmallows and mix until evenly combined.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy! Optionally, garnish with extra pineapple chunks, shredded coconut, or cherries.

Notes

For a tropical twist, add shredded coconut or chopped nuts. If using fresh pineapple, adjust the sweetness with extra sugar if needed.
