crushed pineapple
20 oz, drained, reserve some juice

instant vanilla pudding mix

whipped topping

mini marshmallows
Instructions
Drain the canned crushed pineapple, reserving some juice.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix with the drained pineapple and reserved juice. Stir well.
Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
Stir in the mini marshmallows and mix until evenly combined.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Serve chilled and enjoy! Optionally, garnish with extra pineapple chunks, shredded coconut, or cherries.
Notes
For a tropical twist, add shredded coconut or chopped nuts. If using fresh pineapple, adjust the sweetness with extra sugar if needed.
