Pineapple Fluff
This easy and delicious Pineapple Fluff dessert is light, creamy, and packed with tropical flavors. Perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients
- 1 can crushed pineapple 20 oz, drained, reserve some juice
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix 3.4 oz
- 1 container whipped topping 8 oz, thawed
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Drain the canned crushed pineapple, reserving some juice.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix with the drained pineapple and reserved juice. Stir well.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
- Stir in the mini marshmallows and mix until evenly combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Serve chilled and enjoy! Optionally, garnish with extra pineapple chunks, shredded coconut, or cherries.
Notes
For a tropical twist, add shredded coconut or chopped nuts. If using fresh pineapple, adjust the sweetness with extra sugar if needed.
