Ingredients
  

Brownie Base

  • 1 cup butter melted
  • 1.5 cups sugar granulated
  • 3 eggs large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Hash Mix-ins

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips semi-sweet or dark

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9 baking pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just combined.
  • Fold in mini marshmallows, chopped nuts, and chocolate chips.
  • Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

For an extra gooey texture, slightly underbake the brownies. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
