Ingredients
  

Brownie Base
  • 1 cup butter melted
  • 1.5 cups sugar granulated
  • 3 eggs large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Hash Mix-ins
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips semi-sweet or dark

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9 baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just combined.
  4. Fold in mini marshmallows, chopped nuts, and chocolate chips.
  5. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  7. Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

For an extra gooey texture, slightly underbake the brownies. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
