- Add the peeled and roughly chopped kiwis, frozen pineapple chunks, packed fresh spinach, and cold water (or coconut water) into a high-speed blender.
- If desired, add 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness.
- Blend on high speed until all ingredients are completely smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides if necessary to ensure everything is incorporated.
- Check the consistency. If the smoothie is too thick for your preference, add an additional 1-2 tablespoons of cold water (or coconut water) and blend again until the desired consistency is achieved.
- Pour the smoothie into two glasses and serve immediately for the best taste and texture.
Notes
For an extra cold and thick smoothie, ensure your pineapple is thoroughly frozen. You can adjust the amount of liquid to achieve your preferred thickness. This smoothie is best enjoyed fresh.
