Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Stove Top stuffing mix and broth (or water). Let sit for 5 minutes to absorb.
- Add ground beef, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Transfer mixture into a loaf pan and shape into a loaf.
- In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and a dash of Worcestershire sauce for the glaze.
- Spread half of the glaze over the meatloaf before baking.
- Bake for 40 minutes, then spread the remaining glaze on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add diced onions or bell peppers to the meatloaf mixture.
