Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey)
  • 1 box Stove Top stuffing mix (any flavor)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup beef broth or water
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine Stove Top stuffing mix and broth (or water). Let sit for 5 minutes to absorb.
  • Add ground beef, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  • Transfer mixture into a loaf pan and shape into a loaf.
  • In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and a dash of Worcestershire sauce for the glaze.
  • Spread half of the glaze over the meatloaf before baking.
  • Bake for 40 minutes, then spread the remaining glaze on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add diced onions or bell peppers to the meatloaf mixture.
