Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 medium banana fresh or frozen for extra creaminess
  • 3/4 cup milk dairy or non-dairy (almond, soy, oat)
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt optional, for extra protein and creaminess
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional, adjust to taste

Equipment

  • Blender

Method

Prepare Ingredients
  1. Gather all your ingredients. If using a fresh banana, slice it into smaller pieces for easier blending.
Blend the Smoothie
  1. Add the frozen mango chunks, frozen strawberries, banana, milk, and optional Greek yogurt into your blender.
  2. If desired, add the honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness at this stage.
  3. Secure the lid on your blender and blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash more milk (1-2 tablespoons at a time) until you reach your desired consistency. If it's too thin, add a few more frozen fruit pieces.
Serve
  1. Pour the Mango Strawberry Smoothie into two glasses and serve immediately. Enjoy your refreshing and healthy drink!

Notes

For an extra boost, consider adding a scoop of protein powder, a tablespoon of chia seeds or flax seeds. If you prefer a colder, thicker smoothie, ensure your banana is also frozen. You can adjust the sweetness level by adding more or less honey/maple syrup, or by relying solely on the natural sweetness of the fruit.
