- Combine the frozen pineapple chunks, peeled orange segments, Greek yogurt, and orange juice in a high-speed blender.
- Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. If needed, stop the blender and scrape down the sides with a spatula to ensure all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
- Taste the smoothie and, if desired, add 1-2 teaspoons of honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness. Blend again briefly to combine.
- If you prefer a thicker or colder smoothie, you can add 1/2 cup of ice cubes (or more to your liking) and blend until smooth.
- Pour the Pineapple Orange Smoothie into two serving glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with a fresh orange slice or small pineapple wedge if desired.
Notes
For a thinner consistency, add a splash more orange juice or water. For a thicker smoothie, add a few more frozen pineapple chunks or ice cubes. This smoothie is best enjoyed fresh.
