- Ensure your banana is peeled and frozen prior to starting for the best smoothie consistency. Gather all other ingredients.
- Add the frozen cranberries, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, orange juice (or water), honey or maple syrup (if using), ground ginger (if using), and fresh spinach (if using) to a high-speed blender.
- Secure the lid and blend on high speed until all ingredients are completely smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more orange juice or water until desired consistency is reached. If it's too thin, add a few more frozen cranberries or a small handful of ice.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary. Pour immediately into a glass and enjoy your vibrant cranberry power smoothie!

For a thicker, colder smoothie, ensure your banana is well-frozen. You can also add a few ice cubes if your cranberries aren't fully frozen.
