Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise full-fat for best texture and flavor
  • 2-4 tbsp Sriracha Sauce adjust to desired spice level
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice freshly squeezed is recommended
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt or to taste

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Whisk
  • Airtight Container

Method

Preparation
  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, freshly squeezed lime juice, garlic powder, and salt.
  2. Using a whisk, vigorously whisk all ingredients together until the sauce is completely smooth, creamy, and thoroughly combined, ensuring there are no lumps.
  3. Taste the Sriracha Mayo Sauce and adjust the seasoning to your preference. For more heat, add an extra dash of Sriracha. For more tang, add a bit more lime juice. A pinch more salt can brighten all the flavors.
  4. Serve the Sriracha Mayo Sauce immediately as a versatile dip, spread, or drizzle. Alternatively, transfer it to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld. This also helps thicken it slightly.

Notes

This Sriracha Mayo Sauce can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. It's fantastic with french fries, chicken nuggets, fish tacos, burgers, sandwiches, or as a dressing for coleslaw.
